The aromatherapy eye pillow is made with organic cotton and organic buckwheat. Cotton is hand-dyed with natural dyes. Pillow is filled with organic dried lavender and organic buckwheat to add to the calming effect. The weight of the scales is very relaxing but not too much - forget insomnia! You will also enjoy it at the end of your yoga practice (savasana) or when meditating. Calm your mind and sleep like a baby!
